The answer I hear most often when I ask people "What is your biggest struggle..?" is "NUTRITION"... therefore I tend to focus on this the most.  

I love hosting free one week 'clean eating' groups where my clients are provided a meal plan and clean eating tips along with support and accountability through the week to help develop and instill healthy habits.
