Meal planning and preparation is key to success with your weight loss goals! I always find if I don't plan out and know what I'm eating ahead of time, and when, I end up grabbing something quick and maybe not quite as nutritious as what I SHOULD be eating ;)
Sunday is usually a great day to plan for the week ahead, choose foods you can make in large batches and store for the week, such as quinoa, steel cut oats, chicken breasts, soup, hard boiled eggs, veggies for snacking (carrots, celery, broccoli, cucumber etc) ...so you can easily prep or just grab n' go !! :)
