Tired of the "insanity"??

Insanity is defined as “doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results,” ...Are you guilty?? I have been for sure! I used to go through a vicious cycle where I'd do well for a few weeks - workout, eat healthy - didn't see instant results so I'd get frustrated, binge eat, then get angry for doing that, eat some more and only then smarten up when I realized I was just making things worse! (Yes, I was "insane".) I would complain about methods not working but it was because I wasn't fully COMMITTED and would give up and have to continuously start over!
All it takes is a decision to change, commitment and making small changes daily. You don't have to take huge steps. Actually you're more likely to fail if you try to change everything and all at once. Small, slight changes will lead to big results. :)
Don't wait til the new year to make your resolution... start now! Wouldn't it be great to already be at your goal BEFORE the holidays arrive?! 2015 will be here before you know it, it's true.. but realistically there is plenty of time to reach your goals before then.
