Want to lose those love handles?! Want to tighten those abs? I have the solution!
Unfortunately, it’s not an "easy" nor "quick fix" and you can’t do any one specific move to target any one specific area …I’ve come to learn the key to seeing the results you want lies in a combination of things…
Firstly, eating right! You’ve heard the good ol’ “abs are made in the kitchen” ..Well, it’s true!! Reduce calories, eat a balanced diet (proper mix of carbs, fat, protein), don’t “diet” - just eat clean, stay hydrated, be mindful of snacks and avoid late night snacking, try to stop eating at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime. (Y)
Secondly, exercise regulary, overall toning and overall fat loss is where and when you’ll see improvements ;) Build muscle! Muscle burns fat. Don’t be afraid of lifting weights. Focus on your core and do at least 20-30 mins of cardio.
Thirdly, track your progress, log your food intake, take measurements, weigh yourself but don’t focus on the scale, last but not least find a buddy! Make exercise FUN and not a chore. Apply these tips and you’ll find success in no time! <3
